I
decided to hike up a 6mile hike for 3 hours to have a picnic! I've gone mad considering I've had no trekking poles, and no proper boots and we were hiking up into snow. Nonetheless I knew I needed to go and get out. I've been in almost a state of isolation since my introversion has been emerging now more than ever. I've become a ghost like paleness which I swear draws wasps and bees towards me since they like bright things. I appreciate my introversion and so do my books. I've been catching up on a lot of reading. But I've been recluse and hiding from society in general. I thought this would be a great opportunity to get out and bust out my good ol' point and shoot.

I was completely out of shape and it was evident with my heavy breathing while my body was adjusting to the high elevation as I heaved to and fro upwards. I was not planning on seeing snow so I did not come prepared at all...It was a crazy idea but my friends and I managed our way upwards without the gears. It was certainly not as glamorous as other hikes. When we left my hair was drenched from the fog and rain, but I still felt proud for accomplishing something I had wanted to do for awhile. We did not get an opportunity to view the meadow nor the scenic mountains due to the fog and hovering clouds but it was a good experience to put in the books.
I can almost imagine a unicorn or faerie suddenly appearing. I love how mysterious and dreamlike this shot is. |

I would imagine this is nature's roller coaster. |
